Mind One to one counselling for people experiencing mild to moderate emotional difficulties including depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma/abuse, relationships and more Anyone in the UK
Shout Free, confidential text messaging service, available 24/7. Provides emotional support for anyone struggling to cope. You can expect to be connected to a listener within 5 minutes. On average, conversations tend to last 45-60 minutes. Anyone in the UK
Rethink Free advice and information to support people affected by mental health difficulties. Anyone in the UK

Cruse Support organisation assisting people to cope with grief and bereavement Anyone in the UK
Marie Curie Offering free practical and clinical information as well as emotional support to people living with/caring for someone with a terminal illness; or have been bereaved. Support offered by telephone, online chat or as part of a befriending service. Anyone in the UK
Hospice UK Free and confidential Counselling and Trauma helpline supporting frontline workers who have been affected by bereavement or trauma. All frontline staff
Relate Offers confidential digital and telephone counselling options for depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma/abuse, eating disorders, relationships, couples counselling, confidence building and self-esteem. Free 30 minute available for people who have been impacted by COVID. Anyone in England over the age of 18
Blue Cross Free and confidential Pet Bereavement Support Service. Supporting individuals facing loss or grieving a pet – whether due to separation or death. PBSS offers support by telephone, email and webchat. Anyone in the UK
Community Law Service Specialist social welfare advice and support relating to:

  • Debt

Anyone living in Northamptonshire
NorPIP Supporting parents to be and parents with children under two to form stable relationships. Provides a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space to talk through difficult feelings and find their love for their babies and own way of parenting. For help with:

  • Low mood, esteem and confidence
  • Recovery from postnatal depression or perinatal psychosis
  • Recovering from a challenging birth
  • Adjusting to life with twins, triplets or multiples
  • Recovering from of domestic violence
