To increase awareness and promote prevention of suicide, asking the questions: is suicide predictable or preventable?

Myth busting some of the common beliefs and language around suicide.

Sharing statistics on the scale of the problem, and local and National prevention initiatives to reduce suicide and support people affected by suicide.

An example of lived experience will provide an insight into how suicidal thinking can be overcome.

Everyone will be invited to make a pledge on how they can reach out and increase their contact with people in their lives that are affected by suicide.
