I pledge to promote and maintain my mental well being by spending quality time with my family whilst learning and developing myself professionally and academically. I'll stay connected by reaching out to fellow students and tutors. Be active in a way i enjoy and incorporate it with family time. Take notice of my surroundings and be mindful that there is life other than a laptop. Seek support if needed but also give support.
