I pledge to spend less time on my mobile device and use that time to spend with my family including our two Labrador teenagers. I also pledge to get back to motivating myself to follow the plan I was doing 3 weeks ago to lower my blood sugar and losing weight in the process. This time to include extra exercise that is realistic to me.

I pledge to promote and maintain my mental well being by spending quality time with my family whilst learning and developing myself professionally and academically. I'll stay connected by reaching out to fellow students and tutors. Be active in a way i enjoy and incorporate it with family time. Take notice of my surroundings and be mindful that there is life other than a laptop. Seek support if needed but also give support.
