I pledge to continue challenginging myself in order to continue to develop. I also need to be mindful to switch off from work when I`m spending time with my family and to fit in all those things I enjoy outside of work.

I pledge to spend less time on my mobile device and use that time to spend with my family including our two Labrador teenagers. I also pledge to get back to motivating myself to follow the plan I was doing 3 weeks ago to lower my blood sugar and losing weight in the process. This time to include extra exercise that is realistic to me.
