  2. Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not
  3. Foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not

Diana said: “Aligned to the NHS People Plan, I am eager to establish links with colleagues within NHCP to raise awareness of the EDI agenda and to promote compassionate, inclusive workplaces, ensuring everyone feels that they are valued and that they belong. I’m keen to understand the challenges colleagues face within NHCP so I can offer targeted support, so please feel confident to contact me for advice or to discuss any concerns you may have around EDI.”
