Staff wellbeing the focus of June Leadership Matters Conversation
NHCP is delighted to welcome clinical psychologist Dr Adrian Neal for the next in our Leadership Matters Conversations series of engaging and inspiring webinars this month.
Taking place on Tuesday 15 June from 10.30 to 11.30am, the free interactive session is entitled ‘Lessons Learnt from Setting Up and Leading a Staff Health and Wellbeing Service’.
Dr Arabella Kurtz, Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) has invited Adrian to share his experiences in the session. Adrian leads the Employee Wellbeing Service for the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Wales, and has a longstanding interest in staff wellbeing and the development of compassionate cultures of care. He will be exploring why staff wellbeing really matters, the importance of a relational approach to resilience in staff, and what we can take from our pandemic experiences to make things better for staff and patients.
