Health and care colleagues can now register for two of NHCP’s inspiring online Leadership Matters Conversations coming up in May.
The first Conversation will be delivered by Nicolas Hamilton on Friday 14 May from 2.30pm to 3.30pm as part of Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week. Born with spastic diplegia and initially a wheelchair user, Nicolas now competes in the British Touring Car Championship. He will recount his personal story of motivation, facing down challenges and teamwork. Click here to book your place on this session.
Then on Tuesday 18 May from 10.30am to 11.30am, colleagues will be invited to ‘Turn on, tune in and find out!’ by learning and leadership expert Colin Gaffney and business psychologist and consultant Ian McGarry. The focus of this session will be on how to get more from conversations through techniques of effective listening and increasing our awareness of elements which can hijack our ability to increase our understanding. Previous Leadership Matters Conversations, including Jamil Qureshi’s ‘Turning Ambition into Achievement’ session from April, are available now to watch back on NHCP’s YouTube channel.
